Delivery Information
Shipping and Delivery. We ship from different warehouses in different countries. If your order includes multiple items, we may, at our discretion, split your order into multiple packages depending on inventory levels. We aim to deliver as early as possible. However, delivery may take longer during busy periods. For questions regarding shipping and delivery, please contact our customer service platform .
Title and Shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Title to the purchased item shall be transferred to the respective selling entity to you, an individual customer. If you wish to make a claim against us for shortages or damages that occurred before we delivered the goods to you, please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the goods.
